Here's the deal! I can get the WWII Mauser from Kapowwe for $200. The Mauser stock from Sportsmansguide for $40. To put it together and ready to go $300. That includes $200 airsoft gun $40 stock $60 labor Total $300 Shipping for me to get the gun from Kapowwe will be about another $25 and then to ship to you probably the same. So it would come out to $350 Best I can do

The latest on my G98 build, the stock I got from Sportsmansguide turned out to be a Carbine model, shorty. Also it was sportsterized, meaning no original military hard ware. I plan to keep it and still do the mod. It's harder than I thought to get an original Mauser stock, cheap! So for the mean time if you can live with the shorty, go for it.

I am on the ww2 forum, but am new here. If you wanted to build the G98 for cheaper, maybe put a BAR10 barrel and innards into the mauser stock? it would be at least 50 dollars cheaper.
