the guys on the ww2 forum had an event recently, i was reading stories about it and apparent ly they had pea-filled grenades like the ones here

i've known about these for years, i thought they could only be used in the UK though, but apparently i was wrong! i've still got to figure out where they got them, i asked and am awaiting an answer, if its possible i thin our jobs just got easier, lol

Years ago someone tried to use one of those at a regular WWII reenactment and they were arrested! The ATF got involved and it was a big mess. They nearly shut down all WWII reenacting.
We were accused of building bombs and trying to kill one another,
in practising for a government take over! So be very careful when even thinking about exploding devices with any kind of projectile in them. Even black powder is now considered something that only terrorists use to make pipe bombs. How do you think Rev war and CW reenactors feel about that! Thank your Home Land Security for going to the extreme.

So bet air mortars will be out of the question as well for artillery simulation because they are too "BOMB LIKE" spare me, atf...
