All those interested in a Springfield AS rifle, I will be building them to order. To keep it under control I will be starting out with one gun at a time. I will find the parts and AS guts, but need the cash for the parts up front. When the gun is complete the rest of the payment will be necessary for shipment. On AS guts that would be the choice of the customer and how they want to handle that transaction. I just finished my modification of a Springfield I got from a builder in Washington state. His are TOOOO expensive and they need alot of modification as I have had mine for over a year. I made a trade of a M1917 MG for it. Otherwise it would have been $600. Mine I want to keep the cost under $300

Sorry for the late response, but I will call my business partner to see where I sit in parts. Of course you have to make some decisions before we go any further. Like what kind of AS guts to you want. Also do you plan to use this gun only in the field. Meaning if you want to use it for show as well that means it could cost you more to make it real pretty. The one I finished up for myself is for use in the trenchs only. I will try to put some photos of it up to show you what I mean. It does look better than what the guy I got it from sent originally. In WWII they had what is called the ten foot rule. If it looked real at ten feet away, it's good.
