Deffinatly use the BAR-10 over that POS super nine. The BAR-10 shoots at 400fps and is virtually all metal. The Super Nine shoots a bit faster than the speed of poop and is almost all plastic.

lol 200fps. Forget about it. Buy the BAR10 or even better the Mauri VSR10. I am thinking about selling some custom 1903's soon.

I think another possiblity is 2ndBat from the WWIIAS site. He makes a good Great War Springfield M1903. Another gun to look at that was actually used more than the Springfield is the Enfield rifle. Sometimes called the Eddystone M1917.

He's right! The Lee Enfield Company is an American company with a partnership in England. The Enfield rifle was cheaper to make then the M1903 Springfields. As my grandfather told me year ago they took away his Springfield on the ship and replaced it with an Enfield. Tom could you make a P17 Enfield? Trade ya. I will make you an M1917 watercooled 30cal.

If you can make Springfields even close to as afordable as your Kar98ks that will go far in the chance to have a good WWI game.

The springfields would be a bit more then the Kar98s as I wouldn't have a Dboys airsoft gun to steal parts from. I am guessing $300 not sure yet. I'll have to start experimenting with it.

I think I could do P17 Enfields for $280 they don't look all do hard to make. Springfields would still be more though.
