Since I am currently set up to build the Lee-Enfield No.4 MKI, M1903A1 Springfield and K-98 rifles backdating these designs to the WW1 versions would be very simple indeed.
Is there an interest in me making at least one or two of each of the follwing guns for sale to the Great War Airsoft Association. (if you live in the continental US Ill throw in free shipping)
Lee-Enfield SMLE MKIII Kar.98az M1903 Springfield
The Lee-Enfield will feature a full wood front end as well as upper hand guards and metal hardware. The kar.98az will have a full wood stock and metal harware and the M1903 will have all metal hardware as well as a highly modified BAR-10 plastic and wood stock with original wood handguard.
Im looking to make enough this summer to afford tution and living expenses, the more sales I can make the more special offers like free shipping I can give.

I can have a kar.98az built, shooting 400fps with a 30rnd magazine all wood stock and metal hardware shipped (in the Continental US) for $470 then.

be careful with the FPS, trench fighting like we would do is going to involve alot of headshots

Ahh a very good point indeed. The base rifles I usually use are the BAR-10. From the factory they come stock with an fps of around 400. I personally dont upgrade (or in this case downgrade lol) airsoft gun internals simply for liability reasons. However the VSR-10 shoots only 280fps and if a far better gun than the BAR-10 (which is a chinese copy of it)
I could put VSR-10 internals in the guns, but the VSR-10 costs $100 more than a BAR-10 which means the extra cost would be reflected in the final price of the gun.

Sounds good. One thing I think you should try to do with the Springfield is to replicate some finger grooves on the stock. To my knowledge, all Springfields manufactured prior to 1921 had a finger grooved stock. It's a small detail, but I think it would make it look a lot better in the end (The finger grooves look cool, IMO)

I will definatly put finger groves in on the M1903 varient for WW1 use. Its a very easy addition and would take about 5 min to replicate.
Also like I said anyone in the lower 48 who wants any of these guns Ill ship them to you for free. I may only make one of each type so if anyone would like one send me a PM, e-mail or reserve one on the web site.

I have seen the AGM VSR rifle, I have used one, and I made my very first airsoft rifle conversion out of one.
I will never use that rifle ever again. The trigger sear stripped, the mags never held the bbs in, and the hop up broke. Also if I remeber correctly it is not compatible with Marui parts.
Basically for the most part you get what you pay for in an airsoft gun and my experience with it was not good at all.
